Welcome to Red Ladybirds
In Ladybirds, we have been exploring different Fairy Tales to develop our story telling skills. The Gingerbread Man, Rapunzel, Little Red and The Three Little Pigs have all been part of our learning.
We have enjoyed our first experiences in Forest School and have learnt the Forest school rules, whilst exploring the area. As the weather has turned cooler and muddier, we have learnt to put on our own wet weather clothing so that we can freely explore the changing seasons.
In Summer 1 Red Ladybirds have thoroughly enjoyed their Forest School sessions, where they have been building dens, using dragon sneezers to create a spark for a fire, and looking for bugs!
They also went on their school trip to Wisley Gardens, which was fabulous. They looked at plants, played in the playground and walked around their beautiful grounds.
